    Manual Lymphatic Drainage

MLD, often referred to as "lymphatic massage", uses gentle movements to re-route accumulated lymph fluid that causes pain due to inflammation. People who benefit most from lymphatic treatments include those who are seeking to relieve symptoms of chronic stress, seasonal allergies, sinus congestion, migraines, post-surgical swelling, autoimmune conditions, and more.

This is the most commonly requested massage of all modalities. Great to promote better sleep, lower blood pressure, and calm the nervous system .

    Deep Tissue

Deep tissue uses slower movements, stretching, trigger point holds, and other myofacial release techniques intended to create change to specific areas of pain and tension. A good choice for people recovering from conditions causing chronic pain, tension, or decreased range of motion.

Massage with Cupping, Gua Sha, and Muscle Scraping

Also referred to as IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation).
